At Roxbury Booth, we’ve nailed the perfect experience. From time of booking, through to the night itself and post-event, we leave no stone unturned to ensure killer customer service.

So what exactly is involved at each of the stages? Here’s the scope…


When you get in touch with details of your event, we’ll check if we’re free. If we are, we’re all yours! Next up, we’ll give you three payment options (we’re very flexible). You can pay in full at the time of booking, send us a booking fee and the rest of the payment one month before the event or we can set up monthly instalments. You can book online via our fuss-free booking system for ease of mind.




6 weeks before your event we’ll send you your Roxbury event details questionnaire. This allows us to get to know a little more about what you envision for your event. You can also choose your backdrop (hello sparkles!), template design and give us more details about your day.


Once we know your chosen template design, we’ll create this for you and send it to you for approval. For weddings, we recommend adding the bride and groom’s names to give guests the perfect keepsake of your day.

At the event

One hour before start time, your personal Booth Butler will be there to set up your booth. They’ll get things started, oversee the evening and make sure it’s a smooth running show. We guarantee that guests will have a blast in the booth. We give out as many prints as possible so everyone has one and we encourage them to get creative with our wide selection of cool props.

At the end of the night…

When the booth ends, we’ll give your guestbook to someone responsible so that you can check out all the amazing photos and comments.


We aim to get your booth pictures up within 48 hours. We’ll send you your own private online gallery, where you can view and download images.

We’ll also add your images to a gallery on Facebook so that all your guests can get tagging and re-live an amazing night, again and again.

Finally, we prepare a blog post with all your gifs from the booth and even create a video!
